Return Policy
Customers may request a return only for products that meet all of the following conditions:

The product remains factory-sealed and unopened

The product shows no evidence of use, damage, or tampering

The product is presented to the designated carrier within 14 calendar days of the Delivery Confirmation Date
The Delivery Confirmation Date means the date and time the shipping carrier records the package as delivered. Such record shall constitute prima facie evidence of receipt.
Products showing any signs of use, damage, alteration, or tampering are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items reported more than 14 calendar days after the Delivery Confirmation Date

Products that have been opened, used, damaged, altered, or are not in their original packaging

Items intentionally damaged or returned without prior authorization

Items returned after a return request has been denied by our Customer Service team
Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Any additional costs incurred due to improper or insufficient packaging may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Amount
Approved refunds apply only to the product price.
The following charges are non-refundable:

Handling, restocking, or processing fees
These charges are paid to third parties (such as customs authorities or carriers) or incurred during fulfillment and cannot be recovered.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Customs Duties (International Orders)
Customers are solely responsible for all customs-related fees, including but not limited to:

Administrative, service, or warehousing fees
Carenology95 and its shipping partners are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or issues resulting from unpaid customs duties.
If customs duties are not paid, the package may be discarded or destroyed by customs authorities. In such cases, no refund, compensation, or reshipment will be provided.
We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to purchase for country-specific regulations.

3. Return Confirmation
After shipping, please share the tracking number and list of returned items with us so we can assist you.
4. Inspection
Returned items will be inspected by our warehouse for condition and quantity.
This process may take 3–5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Once the return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 1–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 14 calendar days of delivery and include clear photos.
Late claims may not be accepted.
All orders should be inspected immediately upon receipt.
Free Gift Eligibility Policy
Free gifts are available only for orders that meet the minimum purchase amount after discounts but before shipping fees, taxes, or additional charges.
If discounts reduce the order total below the qualifying amount, the free gift may be automatically removed. This change may not always be visible immediately in checkout or order confirmations.

If a free gift is missing due to a packing error, a coupon for a future order may be issued at our discretion
Lost Packages
Carenology95 USA, Inc. is not responsible for lost packages once shipped.
Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.
If the carrier confirms a delivery error, compensation may be provided by the carrier.
False or inaccurate claims may result in further action.
Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered, Carenology95 USA, Inc. and the carrier are not responsible for theft or loss.
Claims related to stolen packages after delivery will not be accepted.
